I just installed the preinstalled version and the mouse pointer lags a bit (w8.1). Any idea? Animations and everything else doesn't lag.

I've never heard of the mouse lagging. Maybe check your render type?

Uninstalled the Kissing Poses through AA2Install since I thought they were giving me issues, and got T rex poses. Looked at the files that the kissing poses replaces and tried replacing them with the vanilla files that the game comes with through the one MEGA link to no avail.

Does anyone have any suggestions to get the presex poses back to normal?

Use the pre-install, it exists for a reason. Alternatively, change the install path and then use AA2Install's Registry Fixer to update the paths
