There were two games before and HR is the best one so far. Pretty much fixed LS biggest mistakes which were lacking content and the removal of the sim aspect.

At least that is well established in DG2 where the whole fucking inn is covered with mushrooms. Bet she's out of her mind all the time there.

Yeah, I also go the Day One route with all the games I find interesting, but I had to skip the first Cold Steel because of money problems, and man, do I regret it. It's been almost a year now and if there has ever been a good sale price for it, I've missed it. It's so much better to buy the game right away when it comes out just so a) you will support the publisher the best way that way and b) you get the game right away so you can get to play it and c) you don't have to wait for some sale that might never even happen. Here's hoping.

Yup. I got both Cold Steels just waiting, it didn't even matter to me that the EU release was way later than the NA release because I haven't even played the first one yet. Niche products do need the support and ~40€ isn't that much anyway to support things I know I'll like. But things I'm uncertain about, that is sale stuff.

Weird that for Shallie+ the NA store has that availability stock meter and the EU one doesn't. Well, I would imagine that the EU one sells less anyway so maybe they just make as many as there's orders. Though if that's the case why not make the same thing with the NA one? Who knows.

it cancels everything, i usually use it to dodge or set up a parry. it's extremely expensive and the cooldown is too long, but i think it's indispensable

I know the feeling, I get caught by surprise sometimes by some enemies who are throwing out their attack right when I'm blasting in with a SS. I still feel like it's too expensive for it to be worth while to my build.
