Why does shadow feel so underwhelming at everything it does?

I honestly think it's pretty good, biggest issues are minions with low health making them easy prey to those 2pp 2 damage spells and haven basically cockblocking their main mechanic along with I SEE YOUR EVIL being super effective on them.

Haven is easy mode.

Haven is really cheap and easy to pilot for shadowcraft this is bad news because of the banish mechanics that counter luna.
Suggest you to think more about you deck and refine without spending you resources.
