Also talking with the guy, he said the issues the car has is minor. Two bad motor mounts, rough paint, no radio, valve cover has a light leak. Motor and transmission are both solid however.

200k on the speedometer, however the engine has been swapped out. He also mentioned at low speeds, it does jerk a bit due to the bad motor mounts, but otherwise it seems like a solid deal for $600.

Plus the ad states it's been dealer maintained, of course I'll ask for some maintenence records for proof, and if he doesn't have any then I'll probably walk away. But if the car really has been dealer maintained, is this a good buy? I've never bought a car with more than 150k on it but this doesn't seem all too bad.
