("mental age" / actual age) x 100. A 100 means you're p much average and I think under 70 you have some level of mental disability.

So it doesn't really apply to many people who aren't kids.

On the Community college part, trade jobs pay better than most university tier jobs these days. Unless you're going into Doctor of Medicine, you make a fucking lot more money as an Engineer, or fuck, even a boiler maker/pressure vessel welder than you would as anything you get in University.
