I wish I could use this move more effectively. It's hard to nail down its hitbox. It is a wide area attack (180 degrees in front of you) or just straight forward in a cone?

Seems like Dimension Ray is less effective the further out you are, but it's hard to nail down the scaling.

It kind of sucks, does decent damage close up but not worth the long windup and ki cost.

I just use it after a three hit knockdown combo after a stamina break. as long as they don't fall off a rock outcrop or something it lands fine. but that's with a saiyan gal

buddy, i use 85 different variations of kamahamaha because i find them fun, if you're not enjoying your build, i highly recommend putting together something you find fun and make it work. Winning isn't that great if you didn't have fun doing it after all.

Well I felt like shit for using Hyper Drain, but it kept me in the fight a bit longer with that boost to stamina.
It really does suck just how dependent XV2 makes you on Stamina.
Eventually I want to bring Ginyu Combination Attack back into my kit, but until I can probably find out how to master the inputs so I feel like I'm not playing wheel of fortune with it, I'll be stuck using Hyper Drain.

honestly unless you're going full cheese, aka frost evasion, gods anger, gum gum whatever the fuck, then it's just stuff like hyper drain are just things that the rest of us need to learn to play around, it's not like the move itself just wins the game for you. In the end it's just more utility.
