Copy-paste netdeck tourneys don't determine anything. Better games happens in ranked everyday. You can take down ptp with Dragon or Blood reasonably well if RNG so wishes, the same for those playing ptp. People are just afraid of running anything other than the expressive I Win card.

yes. obs records videos as mp4s, and webm for dummies turns mp4s into webms, which are the format Veeky Forums supports. alternatively, i guess you could link it if you found a place to upload mp4s, but most people prefer a straight webm to download

If I wanted to stream a tournament, what would the best way of going about it be? I was thinking that I'd have to block both player's hands completely, but that takes a lot of the fun out for the viewer.
