The downside is that it's still your best play on turn 5 when you go first so you can't play on curve if you have her in your hand unless you also have a 1 drop to play in the mix.

Dragon has about six cards that are really fucking good but the issue is that there's literally nothing for the rest of their curve. If an expansion makes Ramp/control dragon good you'll see a lot of moaning

technically dragon warrior is better because he can also damage x/4+ followers aren't an issue for him but the banish just hurts so much for shadow and last words.

In the last 3 shadowlog windows Banner has a lower winrate going first. It's around a 3% drop generally and is usually around 49% winrate.
