On a purchase that huge that you are going to have to pick up or arrange your own shipping on anyway it's probably best to contact the seller directly and save both of you the fees. Plus eBay iis kind of hard to negotiate through.

Sometimes adults want something that looks nice to take out to dinner on a Saturday night or drive by the beach with the top down and aren't trying to race every person at every stoplight. On the rare summer day the drive it to work, maybe they want to put their coffee in the cupholder without knocking it over.
The RX-7 should have better resale when you get bored of it. But you have to remember it's an older car. It really depends what you want to do with it. If you start looking at shit like the RX-7, you might as well look at classics. It's just a weekend car deal, right?
