Slayer needs just three things to make it a good class

A minor damage buff to all it's skills
Removal of most animation locks and at the least ATTEMPTS to fix the desync on its skills
And finally, less RNG on shit like IBC and resets, when an entire class's DPS can be determined by a dice roll like slayer or zerker, it's a shitty class for that inherent reason, one of the reasons warrior is so good, for instance, is that it's DPS is like 70% Scythe, and Scythe, provided you have the crit rate and glyphs, is guaranteed to crit, that consistency is incredibly good.

It would be fine if they just made ICB not a dice for damage and UOHS actually had a static damage multiplier
