Ace Attorney, obviously. Danganronpa has mystery elements too but its quality is not consistent and it's more outlandish. Zero Escape games and other Uchikoshi stuff have large mystery elements but usually touch sci-fi themes, so they're not pure mysteries.
Umineko and Higurashi both are "mysteries" but their resolutions leave much to be desired, especialyl Umineko. Beyond that I can't think of any off the top of my head other than what you listed.

Yeah but you got a few hours into Kamidori before you commited to a route, and it made it pretty clear you were going into Yuela's or Elftits' routes.
