I think at 125 it's something like 7% more damage, but the easiest way to find out would be to go into practice mode with 0 in basic attacks, punch a bunch and note damages, then give yourself 125 and do it again.
Maybe even throw in the QQbang modifier if you're feeling inquisitive.

Actually I took another shot at it and I think it came out acceptable looking, the only thing is there's a somewhat large-ish gap between where the base of the hair and the base of the head should connect, but only noticeable from a very specific angle and from up close - doubt it would be seen ingame. xenoverse is so weird with it's models, like they all have a shared skeleton for universal animations (parapara, for example) and it never seems to horribly break, even with retarded stuff like this, I would love to see how they rigged them some day
