They do mention some foods with meat, but more in a vague and indirect sense.

Like a villager will talk about pasghetti which typically has ground beef in it but it's not really the focus of the dish.

Also they have no qualms about eating seafood or insects.

I remember Octopus villagers stoping in their tracks when they mention seafood because "wait a minute... I am seafood!"

There is a cranky villager conversation about Spaghetti/Mac n Cheese, but they never mention meatballs or anything, just the pasta and sauce.

I got past Tortimer and then exited, it wasn't my type of puzzle. I wanted the ability to swap vertically too but when I saw it play out I just lost interest.

Surprisingly, Reese wasn't all that helpful at the end. Kinda hard to change a bunch of tiles when half the screen is garbage blocks. I had to actually play the game and not depend on her ability to get ludicrous combos.

When a villager requests a fruit, does giving them a perfect fruit do anything better than giving them a normal one? I had heard it raised their friendship faster

Giving perfect fruits has been my easy way to get pictures in the past, animals fawn over you for doing it and it's less effort than waiting for them to request furniture and giving them a customized one.
