Her Passive resets your auto attacks, so a good thing to do in lane, especially if you go Thunderlords, is to charge up 2 stacks of your passive before you get to lane. This way, you can quickly proc thunderlords on the adc (Auto-Q-reset Auto:Powerchord) in only a second.

If you're fighting 2 vs 2 bot, sometimes it's good to use your W powerchord instead of getting Q damage out, especially if your against someone like Draven or Jhin.

When you're roaming or chasing, you can constantly slow someone if you start with your E powerchord already charged up. E:PC, QWE, E:PC.

Give a small window for a powerchord to lane before you use an ability because sometimes your passive doesn't register the ability as a stack.

You can also kill wards with your auto reset if you're quick on your feet.

Your ult has a travel time, so you'll have an easier time stunning someone closer to the start than someone at the end; if they have enough MS they can actually just run from the hitbox.
