Simulacrum testing shows it's only 50% as effective as before. In mission that number is closer to 20-30%

Frame Rivens sound like a bad thing, those could make certain frames way too overpowered (sprint speed Loki, duration nova) and would make the endgame grind and kuva farm horrendous, as well as making organized raids and runs more specialized away from people who don't buy plat like good goys

I tried a Kuva excavation mission thinking one extractor and extract would be decently fast.

The mission requirement was 30000 cryotic, I checked and couldn't extract after doing one extractor and the kuva. It was actually 30k.
