You need 36% maximum from gears + iso + cards because then you get 14% from alliance

Yeah I'll be a bit over the SCD cap but oh well. I'm already over the def pen cap as it is so Hawk Eye was the one ISO set I could've realistically work with. It was also the first ISO8 set that I got after maybe 5-6 million gold.
