There has been rumors about a new Marvel for quite a while, but yesterday a Neogaf user named Ryce started the rumor again and got verified by Bishop (one of the biggest moderator of that website). After that Mr. Wizard tweeted "Leaks" and Lupinko (the same guy that leaked MvC3) tweeted something about it as well.
It may just be the typical Neogaf circlejerk over certain disappointment, but the fact it involved people like Mr. Wizard and Lupinko may mean there could be something hidden between the curtains.
