I remember my old vanilla raiding guild using DKP, and it was always a clusterfuck in counting hours and tallying numbers. I'd hate to return to that mess.

Especially when they underperform every raid or miss raids. People that join the top tier guilds understand that guild progression is much more important than their personal gain.
