Not Str. but like most fast food places it can vary per area, but generally I've had usually good experiences with Culver's in Wisconsin. As far as fast food goes I'd put them at a 7.5/10. Their frozen custard is 10/10 but it's so rich that if you're having a meal already it's tough to have room for much of it.
