Anyway, since you posted your autism, I'll give you some autistic critique.

Nothing wrong as far as the backstory is concerned, although the problem with slave characters is that they can be overly depressing and this comes off as heavily so. All I know about your CaC is that she was a slave and is emotionally cold about it. That's just my opinion though. I prefer warmer, optimistic characters myself, so take my words with a healthy scepticism.

I must respectfully disagree, user. All Clear is an extremely slow, but very safe move. You have more than enough time to react *something* during their startup phase; even when they're using it from block. If nothing else, it's blockable, and with good timing, you can punish the user for it with a perfect block.

As for Justice Combination, it remains one of the only worthwhile strike ults. You can use evasives to negate the damage, or you can reduce damage done to yourself by vanishing out of the last hit; incidentally, this leaves the user wide-open for a counterattack. If neither of these were options to escape; then yes, it could go on the list. But as it stands, it's fine.

As an addendum to the "official" list; several of those moves (barring Arm Crash now), are fine when not used together with other moves in the list. It's when they're combined that they change the entire mindset of a given match. By themselves, they may still be a bit borderline so be careful. More study is required. We will refine the list as more matches are played, and more discussion from mid-to-top level players among the /dbg/ community.

Agreed on all clear, it's fairly easy to dodge if you expect it.

Justice combination was kind of horrible due to how fast it comes out but since you can vanish out of the last hit I'd say it's acceptable as well.

Actually (in the event you're referring to a match with me) you can't use all clear off a perfect guard, so I don't do it as often as I'd like.

It might be PC-only. But yes, there is a bug that's causing it to multi-hit for its full damage each hit. You can dodge it, yes, but considering that is unintentional behavior, it lands squarely in the "bug abuse" category, since a single successful hit can tear off upwards of 9000 HP. It's ridiculous.
