Do you guys think this is too rusty? I live right smack dab in the middle of the rust belt so of course rust is unavoidable. I can't quite tell how bad the paint on the outside is, but I'm hoping if I see it in person that its not as bad as my car now is.
How hard might it be to replace the broken rocker arm as a beginner? IF need be I can get my neighbor to help, he's a mechanic.
