Most engines will look like that if you install ITBs and painted valve covers and present them a little orderly.

i was talking about those shitty v12 europoor cars. Also the 7mgte is single turbo, dohc isnt complicated at all and fuel injection is done by the computer so I dunno why you would think that is complicated however i will admit carb is simpler.
