Aerodynamics. It's a pretty good looking truck regarding each gen.

OJ

I just realised what you meant. The Bronco was replaced by the Expedition, Ramcharger was replaced by the Durango, and K5 Blazer replaced by the S10 blazer.

I'm pretty sure it had to do with the demand for four door SUVs increasing among people who wouldn't use them for their intended dual sport purposes. Like soccer moms and the like that didn't want minivans.

these

Mpg standards based on wheelbase and size. It's what is killing the rcsb pickup truck

People realized how retarded it is to have a vehicle that's only as long as a car but far wider and taller and more brick shaped than a car. If you're gonna build a vehicle this wide and tall you might as well make it long.

DID SOMEONE SAY

L O N G?

so long that captcha ate my pic

People just bought trucks instead

Oh now I understand the question. Yeah, they turned into SUVs which are now working on being replaced by crossovers.

This.
4 doors came along and sold much, much better. Also the energy crisis happened.

>energy crisis
Dude OP's blazer is a 95 lol

delayed impact on laws, etc
muh sadam

Full size two door SUV's are pretty much useless.

t. Bronco owner

Uhhhh.

Will gladly buy yours.
See:
>weight distribution
>top off
>jeeps/ samarais
>handling and length
>offroad control
iunno, user. hope you learn to love it some day.

Rarer than a lot of stuff. You just don't ever see those

I remember when SUV's were generally called "4x4's".

I mean i specifically remember things like Jeeps and broncos being called "4x4's", not "SUV's"

Thanks OP for making me miss my old 93 Bronco.
It was an OJ edition too

It became ugly and dated.

>ugly
nah. also subjective
>dated
you're dated!!! >:

kek, but kind of true.
I think it also had something to do with "poor aerodynamics" for boxy looking cars, i dunno.

OJ's bronco is now worth over $300k

didn't a museum buy it or some shit?

Turbo 5.3

>tfw they'll never make a squarebody ever again
