The mobs in the tenebrous mines, the mobs in arena of the exalted, the mobs in pirate grotto, it was a 2 week grind.

My advice is to be patient and get dedicated to it, I met more than a couple people while grinding and they were all like "yeah let me you so we can kill them together sometime" but I never saw them again, I also saw a lot of people who would stand around for 5 minutes and leave. Sometimes they appear at the exact same minute you killed them an hour ago and sometimes they will respawn 5 or 10 minutes later, you just gotta wait.
