anyone here play ele shaman? on the PTR earthquake's duration is being reduced from 10s to 6s but some people are saying it still does the same damage so it's a buff, but doesn't that mean that's 4 less seconds of knockdowns which is probably more useful than the damage in higher m+ since it'll last the full duration anyway?

Can't have easy mindless sith lord AoE dps anymore, gotta micromanage 7 debuffs and 4 buffs while lifting one leg and pointing to the northeast to maximize your aoe dps.

It does the same damage, in the same number of ticks, 40% faster. It's shorter but gets the same number of knockdowns per cast, the idea is you aren't overlapping them anymore though.

You need to macro it to a 30 second CD or you'll fuck it over by using it too often. Some classes don't have a convenient 30 second rotation skill
