Subaru

Okay guys. so all vape boiracer memes aside, are Subaru WRXs any good?
it seems like it.
>AWD
>Turbo boxer
>4 doors for more whores
>manual gearbox
>new under 30k
>huge aftermarket selection
is there something I'm missing? they seem pretty good...

Main flaw is the pancake engine
Thats why subaru is shit

They're the most expensive car to insure in America but if you want a fast daily they're good.

really? is the boxer bad? i really truly don't know. what's the main flaw in them?

>shit build quality,
>subpar performance, get beat by minivans
>shit engine, shit platform
>very overpriced
>only attention you get is from other men

why would you want one? they only make 222hp to the wheels

please name a minivan that has superior performance compared to a wrx.

also please name an AWD car under 30k new.

plz Senpai. I think you don't know shit.

What kind and size rims are those?

I'm not sure user. I pulled it off nasioc I think.. reverse image search it.

to me they look like 18inch OZs. but they could be enkei as well.

Special snowflake engine with special snowflake repair costs

Thanks i'll look it up. I have the same year and color as in the pic. I'm looking for a change from the stock black rims, but havent really seen anything that looks good, but I do like the ones in the pic.

good luck user.
and how do you like your wrx? how many miles and how has it held up?

I have about 21k on it. Its been fine so far, no problems yet. Over all I like it, but you get use to the power and hearing the turbo spool pretty fast. It is quick off the line, but after 60mph it's not that exciting. Id recomend if you really want a WRX and can afford it, just go for an STI.

Literally the only reason I don't own a Subaru. I would rather have a FWD turbo i4 instead of that goofy engine layout... and I do.

what is it

you get what you pay for

10 times out of 10, don't fool yourself

Is Porsche doing it all wrong by you?

Should I get a 2017 wrx or sti?

Do i have to do anything to the sti to track it?

wait for FA STI

Not him.
But thats a performance oriented car. No one expects it to be easy to work on

What is this and why?

Can I just buy the 2017 STI then trade in and buy a new one?

How is the sti on track. If i leave it stock will it brake?

Is it true the FA sounds like shit compared to the boxster?

Head work is annoying but there's not too much wrong with them. Their advantage is how short they are, so Subaru can cram the whole drivetrain in a straight line.

1. It's boxer, not boxster
2. Boxer is an engine layout, not a name for an engine
3. The FA20 engine used equal length headers and Ej257 that the STI is still running uses unequal length headers, giving it the burble. FA20 sounds more like an I4.
Always use track pads and track tires on a track.

they're Rota Subzeros. cheap shitty cast knockoff wheels.

Rota Torque* my b
