fucking lorentho poster

...

President trump plz bring early spring.

>tfw too manlet to ride a bike and dirt bike (5'5)

Seems fun too

Grow some legs

>used 2014 DRZ400sm with a 5500 sticker with 6k miles
>fender elim, AM turn signals, shitty AM headlight fairing
>shinko dual sport tires
>stock besides all that
What should I offer for final price?

What boots do you use for street?
im in the market

If nothing is wrong with it, start at 4800

try stretching
>grow grow grow

500s are literally designed for beginners

Untrue on both counts.

One of the fastest track riders in the world is 5'2 (dani pedrosa)

Alpinestars smx-1. Can't find em new anywhere anymore tho.

Er, shoulda mentioned this is dealer, 4800 still a good place to start?

beginners with egos

...

Thats a bit different then, if they budge on the price at all, 5,200 I'd say. Some dealer won't haggle at all though.

are dry clutches meme? Are they as grabby as people say? Do the become shit in stop and go traffic anybody got any insight?

Gotcha, thanks user!

I haven't used SMx-1 once since getting smx-5.

I find the full boots comfier

A shitpost then? 99 is a fucking bitch. No good can come of this.

They burn up a lot sooner. And there's no performance benefit. Memeclutch.

make sure you tell them you're only interested in talking price OTD. tax, setup, whatever included. walk in with cash and make them an offer under what they want. if they don't take it, leave number and walk. don't budge. you can get that thing for $5k OTD easily

Worthless on road bikes

thats what i'm thinking, good to have my thoughts confirmed.

This guy knows more than me.

Are we ever going to have an OP that isn't a motogp rider?

No

Are you ever going to post bike?

Right, out the door price only. Thanks you guys

remember, that bike is used. the dealers get used bikes most often as trade-ins, meaning they absolutely fucking rape the guy. even at $5k OTD they're probably making $2k off that bike, if not more.

It happens occasionally, shitposter user is just more dedicated to making threads than the rest of us

>bike wouldn't start earlier
>Got it started
>rode to shop to get battery tested
>was fine
>bike wont start again
>in parking lot.
Buddy got me with his truck but what's it doing? Just clicking, that's what it's doing.

why would we? motogp riders are literally the best in the world? are they not good enough for you?

i kind of prefer homely girls -- you know, real people with flaws. it's nice fapping to gorgeous women but it gets kind of old. eventually you turn to the amateur shit if you have good taste, because it's more attractive seeing real people.

But back in the day 500cc was considered big

Back in the day 6 inches was big too.
I miss highschool

>tfw cant go ride for likely another week

this bike is still fast in 2016

Is the normie life catching up to you?

:(

Sold bike, am nobike

When?

>Hopefully riding tomorrow
No idea where though.

Nails wish they were as tough as jorge.

Don't be one of those stupid rossi fans who think they actually are rossi.

>breaks collarbone, gets surgery the night before race
>goes 12th to 5th despite immense pain and missing most sessions/quali.

Hard.

Have you ever ridden or known anyone whose ridden an xb9?

gotta pay the bills mang
plus a funeral this weekend
and winterizing the ridin shack

i mean, i could ride but i couldnt get out of the city and rushour traffic so whats the point

Had some fun dodging cars today.
>daily how was your day dbt?

fuck off you cuckold. go wallow in your clintonese self-pity somewhere else you simpering little invalid. nobody likes you here. GO AWAY

Are you this butthurt trump won? It's not good, but we as a society will probably survive, friend

Nope

The desert calls.

This fills me with some kind of feels

denver.craigslist.org/mcy/5863444557.html

Gravel buddy.
>tfw havent been able to ride back out to here as of late.

P. fuckin good 2bh.

Figured out what to do for turn signals on my bike when I get my fender elim.

I'd rather a Ulysses, but it looks pretty nice. Probably want something more comfy though

>motogp riders are literally the best in the world
laughing dunlops.jpg

I keep looking at fj1200s but they're quite expensive to insure, being a 1.2l """"""sport bike""""""

And I really don't need a Ulysses. I'm only like 5'10 and I don't ride off-road. I want a Harley, but i also want to turn. Seems like the xb9 series would be good for that

HELP
>pierced gas tank (DRZ400)
>ordered a new gas tank from wheeling cycle supply
>tank arrives without a key to remove the gas cap
>take it to a suzuki dealership to get a key
>they tell me the locking mechanism is busted
idk what to do. i am contemplating drilling through the gas cap and just using my older gas cap but i am afraid it wont help.

what do you guys recomend?

What insurance company? Mine was less than $100 a year to insure

>someone insurance views as old vs a 20 year old

>not XB12
why tho? They even cost the same to insure.

Statefarm

I'm also like 9 years younger than you

I'm calling my agent tomorrow for a quote. If they're the same, sure. They are about 1 to 2 grand more expensive though

Check Geico

It's pretty much the same across the board. I'd pay less with bundling. Still fucking expensive.

Is there any risk in damaging my engine running a 2-stroke too rich? Due to good decisions, i put a battery in my airbox which is causing me to run quite rich. I'm fine with being down on power, I just dont want to cause premature engine death.

i pay $180/mo through geico for a fireblade. i'm 28 and have one ticket in the last three years. we're talking bare minimum liability plus collision with a $1k deductible. insurance companies are really, really, really scared of literbikes in any kind of sporty configuration

Gosh I wonder why

not saying they're wrong to be cautious about them. also fuck off you nobike leaf

Bitch to cycle supply.

will probably foul spark plugs more

I'm 19 and they priced sportbike insurance way different. Geico quoted me like $500 per year for a literbike while the other one (don't remember if allstate or state farm) quoted me $5000 per year for a 15 year old GSXR1000 just for bare minimum liability.

why the fuck wouldnt you buy a desert tank?

Sport bikes, cruisers, and even naked bikes are literally made for manlets. The only thing you can't ride are dirt bikes or adventure bikes.

>$500 per year
Glad I don't ride a sportbike

Although Progressive wanted like $600/yr to insure my old Tiger 1050

be thankful you're not paying $1500. the more i think about it the more i think they're just price gouging based on assumed earnings for my zipcode. i live in an area with one of the highest costs of living in the world. or maybe they just really fucking hate my one ticket

"no"

Tried insuring at your parents' place or something? I can honestly say I'm thankful I'm not paying that

how long until my insurance becomes as cheap as yours? When I turn 20 will my "teenage driver" tax go away?

they live out of state unfortunately. not sure how well that would work

after 25 it goes down

cuz poorfag master race.

>5 more years
just kill me now

make sure you write a letter to my insurance company telling them that

cleaning my K&N filter rn. how do i know when it's fully dry to oil?

Don't ride something if the insurance is that much of a pain to you

>buying a drz400
You deserve this

but I wanna go fast.

Paper filter or oiled foam filter? If foam you just squeeze most of the water out and then go ahead and oil it up.

My insurance stayed the same when I had my first bike at 20 through now being 27. Location plays a big role.

Hard to say, are you in school? Could be a good excuse, what state do you claim residence?

You can't go fast if you can't afford fast.

>hating fun

don't get me wrong, i'll pay whatever it takes. i love my bike, but it's a free country and i can complain about what it costs

i don't even live in a nigger city and have absolutely nothing bad on my driving record.

My brother said he had a sport touring bike insured a few years ago for like $100/yr full insurance but I can't find any rates like that.

k no-bike

>Drz400
>Fun
Pick one

I can afford it, but I wish it didn't take such a big chunk of my budget

Except you can't complain about the cost because there are other insurance options and other bike options. You willingly did this to yourself so complaining about it is absolutely retarded.

Its lazy, slow, and has shit suspension
