Anyone have pictures of Ron Hood's 4x4 Econoline? It looked a lot like that one.

I remember seeing some - possibly over ten years ago, but can't find them now.

I want to turn my 93 aerostar into a rally slut. Would lowering it a little help any or should I leave it higher?

To start I was thinking I should take the interior out, patch rust spots, cut the springs and upgrade the swaybar

At least the Comanche is gonna get an A-team stripe.

When bippu is laifu but you become a father.

When your boss leaves you the company van until monday because you had a late friday but it's Dakar on the same weekend.

There are vans that are cool, and then there are vans that are so cool that they have an airbrush of themselves on an airbrush of themselves on themselves.

It blows my mind people buy a whole separate car for the sole purpose of abducting women

Fucking pimpin.
Better have a water bed in it.
I want a van so bad so I can live rent free while going to college.
I took 2 years off to save up cash after going through my first year of college.
Got 10k, but I don't want to break the bank getting a van. Would be comfy as fuck, I'd insulate it, get a solar panel, put my tv in there with ps4, buy a canoe for fishing, put a dirt bike on a motorcycle rack on the back, and stuff my bicycle and surfboards inside.
Would be the best van ever.
Wish someone would give me a plain white van so I could lift it.
Would never happen though :c

what

Almost bought this exact van about 15 years ago.

I saw it parked one day with a for sale sign on the window.
I stopped for a closer look and met with the seller.

I fell in love with the van, and I had the money to pay for it in cash, but I was too young didn't have my license yet.

Still regret it every time I come across a photo of it.

I remember the owner telling me it was a factory 4x4 conversion.
The transfer case was from a Bronco and the front axle a Dana 44, presumably also from the Bronco.

The engine had been swapped with a Toyota turbo diesel.
The suspension was aftermarket heavy duty air bags and could lift a lot higher than the picture.

comfy, desu

King of the road said you move too slow.
Also: The shoes...

all right, guys, aesthics question.

i've got a bone stock base model 95 e150 cargo, looks like pic related but portofino blue. my bumpers are starting to get that surface-rust patina, and i'm considering doing the plasti-dip routine on bumpers and trim to spruce it up and keep the rust at bay.

yeah/nah? would i look stupid? on a scale of light grey to black, what would do best?

If the bumper is not the same color as the grille and headlight shrouds it will look funny.

Hit the rust with 320grit, then a rust converting primer, and finish with color matched spray paint.

Or just plastidip the bumper and grill a medium grey.
Do the mirrors too. They will look better color coded.
