I think it's a guard break, not a stamina break, so if you're guarding, transforming or using an ultimate, it'll guard break you and as a result stamina break you

in a perfect work hyper movement will teleport you behind your opponent and perform a strike that stamina breaks ults, and sends anyone hit to the ground.
However what mostly happens is you teleport near the enemy in any direction and swing wildly. Mostly you just hope that it doesn't teleport you in from of your target and put you back into their ult.
