94.5 with rows even without the enhance is already more than enough to oneshot most things in the game, and the harder bosses already had their bullshit resolve/absorb/nullify so you don't need the enhance for them anyway.

They probably didn't buff her yet because of the descend challenge. JP had to do it with pre-buff Acala as well.
