220+ km/h in my Suzuki Swift, speedo doesn't go over 220. And that's with just 12psi of boost and the rev-limiter at 6500rpm, the engine is good to go for 25+psi and 8500rpm. Gearbox doesn't do more than 240, at least according to a shitty internet calculator and the gear ratios.
220 is 140km/h over the speed limit on that particular road.
