If you really hate the game, now is the perfect time to log in and grief players with creative mode. Click right on the D-Pad in the warp menu and set a waypoint/warp.

Open the game in the 1.1 update, select creative mode. It sets you up with a ship and a home base to claim.
Claim the base (optional)
Hop in the ship, go to space press down and select the warp menu.
The right button on the D-pad will then select the nearest universe, which has a high chance of the planets no longer being named. At some point you'll have to talk to some aliens for a warp panel upgrade, but plenty of new planets are in warp range.
If it's too far press square to set a waypoint.
