So I did some testing yesterday between the Alexandrian Boots of Healing vs the Shire 260 Boots of Healing.

So it turns out the 260 boots not only net you around 40~50 more hp per heal but also increases your DoT only dps over 3m by 40dps.
Which means that the Shire boots when upgrades are flat out a better choice as it seems DET far outweighs the SpS from the 270 boots despite having almost a 30 stat difference.

The only thing the 270 boots have going for it is 186hp.
