It's weirder how they can afford it. If I understand the tax system correctly, you'll end up paying a grand a year for these just to have plates on them, and this doesn't include insurance or fuel.

So I've done this a few times and I've come to realize that there are different approaches. Do you guys prefer sticking to main roads and checking the parking lots next to them, or do you prefer going through semirural areas in hopes of seeing an American barge or touge missile parked next to a workshop?
