Mid is a tug of war, a fap-burst as fast as you can kinda lane and it's just lame for me. But I do understand the appeal others may find in it.

I allways pick supp and mid second so I get supp 99,99% of the times.
I like to fell like the protector who ruins the enemies chances of a killing spree, and the underdog who can't seem 1 v 1 yet I may surprise you once in a million.times.

How do I choose the correct tank for each game? I'm equally proficient at Shen, Nautilus, Zac, Malphite, Maokai, and Sion in the top lane but I'm not always sure who is best in a situation.
Do I pick for lane matchup, to counter an enemy pick or comp, to complement my own team's stregnths or shore up our weaknesses?
