Literally everything
1990 subi wagon
Needs rear diff fluid, engine oil, and coolant. All other fluids are new ish.
This is why I don't trust French cars made after 1999.
Citroen is ok until 2007 or so, they got all electronic from then on so they became renault tier
Twingo I(but not II or III) still a best

> Water pump.
> Clutch slave cylinder.
> A $2 bushing in the clutch pedal assembly.
Everything else has been wear parts or fluids. And I have beaten the SHIT out of this car. I redline it every time I drive, do powerslides all the time, and it has at least 2 dozen hours of WOT/redline track time.
2011 Focus
About 20k miles so far.
> Replaced
All four tires, front brake pads and discs, windscreen, front bumper/support/foglight housing, all of the filters.
> Work to be done
Bodywork and paint. There's a few scrapes and dents in it.
Engine air filter, come the summertime.
I fucked up one corner stoving in the back of a Fiesta, a chip hid behind the rearview mirror mount and spread to fuck up the screen, and I bought it a full service in my first year of owning it as a treat.
And, frankly, people can't fucking drive or park here. ~1k in bodywork damage means I got off easy,

Parts replaced
>Most of the cooling system
>Crankcase breather
>Hedgehog resistor
>Both rear springs
>Rusty front jacking points
>Both rear wheel bearings
None of the above has been particularly expensive and I have had the car for a very long time so I am pretty happy with it. Hedgehog resistor was the worst as being a right hand drive model you have to do the upside down contortionist act in the drivers footwell and enjoy the clutch pedal poking you in the eye
