You dont have to worry about stuff like transmissions, tires, etc when you buy a new one (at least for the first 80 thousand miles)

Howi is a 911 Tarbo a far more livable car? I'd assume parts of one of those should be fucking expensive as well only with less aftermarket.

A lot more livable than a GTR, doesn't need special GTR only fluids and you could actually maintain it yourself and drive it comfortably everyday

not to mention older GTRs have clunky transmissions that are ass to drive on the road and have interiors that make a Versa feel spacious and luxurious
IMHO the only point of buying it is if you want to go around a track as fast as possible with little effort as possible
