Well the thing is its the only place it was called the "RSI", but it had the exact same engine (2ZZ-GE) as the Corolla TS in EU, the Sportivo in Aus and the RunX Z Aero Tourer in Japan. Europe even got a supercharged version called the "Compressor" in Europe, which had 220hp as opposed to 189 for the RSI.

I moved to the UK and for a while really wanted one since I had always dreamed of an RSI, but the EP3 is better in every way.. The one thing the RSI has going for it though is the sleeper status I guess, but it's still fwd and not such a great handler.
