The cops are beyond buggy. I straight up avoid them at all cost.
It's inconvenient but it keeps from throwing away precious shekels.

oh I forgot that a second after I took this screenshot a car went completely autistic, crashed into the musclecar and flipped it on its roof so I had to flip it again first in the middle of spastic AIs

I find that you can only interact with them once per game session. You gotta save and reload for the cops to reset.

After I got the car built, I just fuck around and run over the cops and see how far they'll chase me before wrecking. Considering trying out jalopy but I've read a shitload of reports of it not working well with AMD cards. Probably wait until it's on sale again before I bite.

Is it possible to outrun the cops? I somehow killed one when I leaned out the window to take a breathalyzer and I decided to run instead of paying the fine.

Yeah I bolted the engine into the car first, so that was all fine and then it just flipped
It's alright tho I ended up dying and starting a new build, I've finished the car and got it running but fuck I can't align the wheels for shit
