They buffed snipers quite a bit several months ago. They're still not the best weapons in the game, but they're pretty good on certain frames.

I have a sick riven for Vectis the rest is standard Serration/Split/Crits/elements + Saryn spores for max power strength spread gas/toxin procs killing everyone around, the problem is that Vectis is unreliable with procs and crits

No need to freak out just yet. That guy was meming. They haven't said a thing about Naramon or Zenurik. A question they answered about the new operator functions and why aren't the focus schools encorporated at all with the newfound abilities. Scott responded with how they're planning on reworking the focus system and they were waiting for the War Within additions before 'taking a sledgehammer to it'. That's literally it.

Now, Im not saying they wouldn't be dumb enough to ruin the Naramon/Zenurik passives, but they really haven't said anything about it yet. I wouldn't say that those two schools are picked the most because they are OP. They are picked the most because the passives are the only thing from Focus that is actually useful, while everything about the other 3 schools is complete shit. Im hoping that DE recognizes that. they probably wont :( RIP zenurik

Dedicated servers, all basic weapon/frame mods unlocked/usable immediately, matchmaking system that takes "skill leve" into account.

But it'd still be terrible in a game like warframe, so fuck pvp.

Bolter is a good enough primary to carry you through the solar system, but find/buy the prime version if you can. You will need to build more weapons and shit just to rank up and unlock more weapons though.
