Volkswagen

>diesel gate
>shit reliability
>electrical issues
>massive repair costs
>interior: hard plastics edition

Yet I still am a fanboy, and idek why. What redeeming qualities does VW have nowadays?

I like their design style. That's about it.

>Beetle Dune
>"design" """"style""""

You get to say you drive a VW rather than a Honda or Toyota to try and sound cooler to your coworkers when really no one really gives two shits what you drive and its killing you inside that you bought a slow boring car for way too much money.
I sure do love my VW.

...

Because vag always been shit it just took you this long to realise it

I'd still rather drive one than a Honda or Toyota

Some of their engine designs are pretty dank, like VR6 and W8

I drive a golf 4
too lazy to change vehicles
so i gotta pretend im happy

mk5 golf a shit

LEL EUROKEK SHITBOX ETC ETC ETC

Honestly, here in europe they make a lot of sense.
They are typically more reliable than the burger edition VWs, and maintenance and repair is a lot easier and cheaper.
They also tend to be better looking and feeling than the cheaper (most often also VAG) alternatives.
And no, I don't consider french or italian "cars" alternatives.

In america? I think japshit makes a lot more sense, and these kind of cars are all about sense.

>tfw VW went full madman during the early 2000s, building weird-ass engines and putting them in all the things
>now all they do is TURBO INLINE 4 LMAO

wat?
is this a FWD beetle?

Looks more like an FR beetle, because that front half is the front of a beetle suspension.

Plaid. Fucking. Seats. Faggots

Same way I love my Acura :^)

Why does Europe hate Japanese cars?

Because the Japs do everything better than them.

Hey, I'm seriously considering buying an old 74 super beetle.

Do they have Skoda in the US?

I've seen some in Havana but skodas were never imported to US

>What redeeming qualities does VW have nowadays?

They are not Fords

VWs are almost universally over-priced garbage.
