There's only BOTES for now because the entire clan system is still in CBT. There's no real functionality outside of just existing and having a roster, and you can't make new clans so it's just whoever got in with the beta testing applications.
You'll have to wait until they actually open clans up to everyone else.

People stay at max range at the beginning of the match while everyone sets up. As soon as the opportunity arises, when the enemy flank thins out, you're supposed to push into bases and that will create the chance for brawls.

There's just not a huge supply of /wowsg/ unicums left clanless on NA. Either they found other competitive clans to go join or they went with BOTES.

I would say its the reverse. Especially with the Titpitz, Scharnhorst and Gneisenau having the ability to uppercut ships with their torpedoes and secondaries. Those ships practically beg you to get up close and fuck sit up.

Yeah I know AMD is worse single core than Intel so it's not ideal for gaming but I think lows of 35 FPS are still unreasonable.
