Newfag here. I got Lucius a couple of days ago and I have maxed him at 30. What I'm confused about is what to do next. Should I uncap or upgrade? What's the difference and whcih one should I be doing more frequently?

Upgrading is feeding weapons/summons/fodder to your other weapons/summons/characters to level them up.

Uncapping raises their max level.

You can, she just goes off rate up and it'll be twice as hard to roll her. You should be able to start dash her if you started your account 2 days ago though.

You have to uncap him to level him further, yes.
like said however, if you have the mats for it, you don't have to wait for a character/weapon to be max level to uncap it. You can do it all at once.

Also feeding characters exp is very inefficient. You will usually want to keep your fodder for weapon upgrading.
