Huh, Dragon Fist only shows up in the movie and GT. I never realized. Though, with the way xenoverse uses it it's more like the final punch Goku gets on King Piccolo rather, where you fly through your opponent's chest, rather than launching a Dragon while you stay in place. So if you go by that thinking, it's kinda canon.

Once you get through Namek you get to go into the online lobby and then fly.

The characters you see standing around are the default Patrollers made by Dimps, until you can use Multiplayer.
