I've had a collision at exactly that speed, was forced off the road by a semi coming around a blind corner on my little one-way road, which he wasn't even going the correct fucking direction on all the while being on a road that he's not legally allowed to be in the first place.
It just looks like my front fender got midly karate chopped, I just braked from 45 to 15ish and parked it into the end of a guardrail with the rest of my momentum. Barely felt a nudge.
No fucking surprise that the cunt just drove off.
