Old Gods / Karazhan / Mean Streets will all rotate out at the same time. So invest in what you like user. Just look at what kind of deck you want to build first then go through each to see what cards they have for said deck.

tempostorm is also a good place to netdeck but they take a while to put them up

Tempostorm is good for seeing what's popular but obviously isn't updated for MSG yet. You can have the best decks from a week ago though. Tier 1-3 are usually viable enough for climbing ladder

Otherwise hearthpwn is user submitted decks and can vary in quality. Liquidhearth is kind of the same except usually more refined than hearthpwn
