You have to buy an item from the go vendor called the keeper's hymn to switch your stat points. Its really cheap (costs like 250 seals or something), but having 35 points out of place isn't a big deal for casual content and probably doesn't really matter period, but you should swap them back and forth if you like doing optimal damage
