i'm so used to playing charge characters thats its either a hit or miss with command moves. i have a hard time doing lighting legs during wake up or from a combo. i miss the move even when i do the command or i end up doing EX-SPK. please help me /v/

not possible. crush counter only happens when a normal is starting up, a throw is starting up, during a backdash, and in your case after exsbk.
getting thrown on wakeup is a legit option. a good way to beat someone that throws you when you wakeup is wait a split second after you finish getting up while blocking and then press throw. if they attack you, you block it. if they throw, you tech
