Take all those SR water weapons you likely foddered away and replace all your SSR weapons in that pool, except the water katana.

Then level all the SKILLS to 10. Then you can worry about what to do next. As for the axes, you only need them if you plan on going Varuna x Varuna which you likely aren't and even then it's more critical you get the bows.

If you aren't strong enough to farm 4 bows this event then you don't need to worry about the axes at all, if you manage to grab any just bank them if you think you might go primal in the future.

tl;dr: Attack power means fuck all in this game, skill power is what makes you strong. You are not very strong right now.

If you aren't running Varuna at all then you don't need anything from the Fenrir event. If you run Gleipnirs then you have attack skills that aren't boosted by your summon and a negligable DA rate up since it isn't being boosted by a primal summon. Bows are the same, they're still a great addition with Varuna but otherwise trash.

At least with the sr water weapons you can easily fully uncap them and you can use a magna summon to further boost them, which'll set-up you up for the wild unending ride of getting your SSR magna pool done.

FGO did a full refund of the quartz used without bonuses when they extended the inventories to max so I guess they'll do the same.
