11-1 through 12-6 were all done in less than 2 mins, 12-7 and 12-8 took ~4:10 or so. On auto this is not possible I feel so I wouldn't blame people auto clearing this shit.

For combat, I'm torn between:

Well, that's one down. Still iffy between Thor and BB. Need one that'll be good for ABX since Hyperion ain't cutting it there. Figured Hellstorm and Black Bolt were the best options there but now Thor has thrown a wrench into things.

Should I keep doing rifts for YJ bio or should I just focus on getting the top story characters for now?

In one hand YJ is pretty fucking good, but since he became rift-only the grind is slow as fuck. If you still have a weak roster I say go for Story mode characters.

Continue the strange quest so you can start on the Satana / Clea grind, which you can do at the same time as finishing Mordo.

You'll hit a roadblock with the epic quest eventually, so it doesn't matter.
